So far our winter has been pretty mild but over the next few days we are supposed to be finally getting a taste of winter. Our unpredictable weather here in the Northwest has left so many people unprepared in the past. Start a checklist now and make sure you aren't caught up in the same pattern.
For your car:
- Snow shovel
- Gloves, hats, coats
- Blanket
- Snow melt or De-icer
- Ice Scraper
- Road Flares
- First Aid Kit
- Jumper cables
For your home:
- Flashlights
- Batteries
- Lamp oil
- Fresh fuel, kerosene or propane
- Snow shovel
- Battery powered radio
- First aid kit
- Firewood
- Blankets
- Matches/ lighters
- Snow melt
